A cultural anthropologist, tireless entrepreneur, photojournalist, and filmmaker.

Adams has traveled extensively throughout the world including Zimbabwe, South Africa, Indonesia and Haiti photographing luminaries such as Nelson Mandela, feats of endurance including the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race in Alaska and the wake of 9/11.

In 2004, Adams joined forces with fellow photographers and built LaCour, which was named in 2008 as one of the top ten wedding photography studios in the world by American Photo magazine.

Adams also co-founded ShootQ, a web-based business management software that helps professional photographers be purposeful and profitable. ShootQ was acquired by Pictage, Inc in 2010 which gave Adams the freedom to continue to follow his passions. Adams then co-founded Freedom Fitness, an Atlanta-based Crossfit and corporate wellness program.

When not dreaming up creative solutions for clients, he can be found cruising the blacktop on one of his motorcycles, playing ping-pong, canoeing lakes or hiking through slot canyons.
